Mike Mixing Bloody Mary 
This past Easter we were charged with an important responsibility – bring Bloody Mary’s.  We took our task to whole new level and created a unique “Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar”.  We had a blast being creative with infusing Vodka and selecting some really great condiments. Here is what we had:
Two types of Vodka – one plain and one infused with Bacon, Pepper and Horseradish.  We used Tito’s Vodka and infused overnight with some peppercorns and horseradish.  We probably could have let it infuse for a few more days to really get the pepper and horseradish flavor to shine through.  The morning of we added a little bit of the bacon fat.
Mixer – Mr. and Mrs. T Original Bloody Mary Mix
Three types of salt for rimmers – Pink Hawaiian, Smoked, Habenero and Hawaiian mix

The Bloody Mary Bar was a definite crowd pleaser and everyone had fun picking out what they wanted to include in their own signature cocktail. A special thanks to Ed Hyder’s Market in Worcester for providing a great selection of condiments and salts for us to use.
