Our Story Began in 1933

What was it like when Prohibition ended in 1933? We can’t say for sure, but we can say that we were in the first batch of liquor stores to get its license approved in our area. Our family has successfully been in the liquor business ever since. We were originally established in Worcester by the grandfather and father of current owner and president, Charles Faucher.

Our Story Lives On

Four generations and 80+ years later, our mission remains the same:

• Be an integral and contributing member of the greater community

We opened the doors to Wachusett Wine & Spirits in West Boylston in September 2014. With the opening of our second location in February 2020, we’ve expanded into Worcester. We’re also happy to provide an online store for our customers to browse and shop before leaving the comfort of their homes.

Our team is composed of cicerones, sommeliers, and enthusiasts who eat, sleep, and breathe beer, wine, and liquor. (Not literally, of course.) We’re incredibly passionate about providing the highest quality of products to our customers. And because we’re independently-owned, we take great pride in hand-selecting the products in our store.
